Rebecca Hoag-Korth

Rebecca began her career as a real estate professional in New Hampshire in 1996, finding her passion in working with the public. Within four years, she became the president of the Strafford Board of Realtors and another year later, became manager of a local Coldwell Banker office. Knowing that knowledge is power, she embraced the opportunity to teach her new agents the value of education while preserving ethics and commitment to client service.

Rebecca prides herself in being available to her clients, answering phone calls and responding to client emails in an expeditious manner. She carried these professional standards with her when she moved to Southern Nevada in 2003, choosing Windermere as her new home. Rebecca is an expert negotiator, always striving to get the most for her clients. She is knowledgeable about the state of the local market while having a knack for predicting the next trend. She is committed to keeping her clients informed and updated from the very beginning, to the successful closing of every real estate transaction.

 

Patrick M. Korth

Patrick began his real estate career in Southern Nevada in 1984 and has witnessed first hand the pace of growth and development throughout the Las Vegas valley. Having this sense of history for the place he loves to call home allows Patrick to make his clients feel at home as well. Newcomers to the valley are often overwhelmed with all the choices of communities and different lifestyles that the Las Vegas and Henderson areas have to offer. They are soon put at ease knowing they have a patient, seasoned veteran on their team who will leave no questions unanswered. Those selling their homes find these traits beneficial as well. Patrick's goal is to provide every client with all of their options, giving them the confidence to make the right decision.

 

The Korth Team

Patrick and Rebecca met at Windermere in 2006. In 2008, they formed a working partnership, combining their skills and experience to create a true team environment. This team approach helped them to assist their clients successfully as they navigated the Great Recession of 2008-2009, the rebound markets in the 2010's and again recently through the pandemic. Adaptability, foresight and a strong work ethic continue to guide them in an ever changing market. Their loyal clientele are the beneficiaries of their experience and commitment.

Rebecca and Patrick pride themselves in being affiliated with the Windermere Foundation, donating a portion of every commission and joining in Windermere's annual Community Service Day.
